By FCF Staff  World Extreme Cagefighting has officially added a featherweight bout between L.C. Davis and Raphael Assuncao to the line-up of the promotion’s upcoming November 11th, event in Las Vegas, to bring the card’s total to 9. WEC 52 will be headlined by a bantamweight bout between former featherweight champion Urijah Faber and resilient veteran Takeya Mizugaki.

Assuncao (15-3) will be looking to get back on the winning track after losing back-to-back bouts to Nunes and Faber in June and January respectively. Prior to that Assuncao had won six straight, which included wins over Yves Jabouin and Jameel Massouh in WEC competition.

Some of the other bouts scheduled for WEC 52 include Grispi vs. Erik Koch, Brian Bowles vs. Wagnney Fabiano, and Chad Mendes vs. Vazquez.

The event, which will be broadcast live on Versus, will be hosted by The Pearl in Las Vegas.
